These Bible based devotionals come out of my real life experiences with a long marriage, widowhood, remarriage, and the death of an adult child due to mental illness. Also from my experience as a marriage and family counselor for more than 30 years. Presently I am married to Charlene and live in Northeast Florida.
I'm actually not a writer at heart, but I began to get encouraging comments about my writing when I began to write about my first wife's serious illness and subsequent death; a tragedy that deeply impacted my family. Then after that, I began to get positive comments from others, which propelled me to start writing about my experiences and about the Word of God, which I love .
This blog is about how The Word of God and real people intersect (spirit, emotions, mind & body, - I Thessalonians 5:23)
